Hello. Asking advice from you here of what I am going to do.
Kumuha ako ng housing dito sa Davao under Filinvest. 12 months to pay for the downpayment. Naka 10 months na ang nabayad ko but then I decided to withdraw the contract and if possible to get my money not 100% but atleast 70%. I was discouraged to continue the said housing from them. Maraming add-ons na kc pag malapit ko ng mabuo ang downpayment ko. Then na move din ang pag built ng house which nung una ang sabi is after ko mabayaran ang downpayment eh magsisimula ng i build ang bahay. But now I have to wait for another 8 months para ibuild ung house.
My concern is, pwede ko pa bang mabawi ang installment payment ko sa kanila? Ayoko ng i continue ung contract ko.
I called them yesterday about this, pero ang sabi nila walang mababalik na money to me. Policy daw nila un.
