Resignation Before Receiving a letter about Preventive Suspension

Hello I'm new here I just want a little advise about this situation.

- I'm a TSR from a well-known BPO company. I will make this short last January 15, 2015 I passed my resignation accepted and signed by my supervisor and hr. Done with the clearance and already waiting for the computation of my backpay for 3 months lol.

After 2 days I received a letter that they will be placing me for preventive suspension and charged with falsification of documents. Well, first of all I'm already cleared. Second, I have a proof that all of my documents are true and not falsified.

Anyway before I resigned I was put into floating status to assign me into a different account. Waiting for a month pushed me to resign because it was not paid.

What date were you put on floating status?

Is that an immediate resignation? Did you still report after that date?

YOu were automatically cleared by all departments on that day?

Can you post the text of the PS? What documents were allegedly falsified?

My coe from my previous employer they are asking me a coe with a seal but my previous employer which is a bpo company as well. Provide a coe without any seal or whatsoever and they can always verify this. 120 percent of my documents are genuine. Yes, cleared everythong that day and returned all the stuff that they need. After that date nope, they told me to wait for the backpay and other docents for 3 months lol.

It was an immediate resignation since I was place in floating status from december 16, 2014 to January 2015.
After that been asking for updates every week but they don't have any answer.

My only concern is my name to be cleared I don't care about the money I just don't want it to affect my future employment.

Is this a valid charge even after resignation with all the signatures from supervisor and hr that they are accepting my resignation?

You cant be put on PS if your resignation is approved and you no longer report to work.

YOu might be able to file a complaint for illegal suspension.

Integrity is not a small thing.

I just need to make sure to keep the acceptance letter of my resignation and my clearance form which their signatures.

So, meaning I don't need to take this as a big problem as long as I have the documents stated above right?
