I would like to ask this scenario that, I am not under company contract(Separated/Terminated) and they are claiming an overpayment on my side after 2 months of inactivity on the company. Is it I know their responsibility to communicate my last day on payroll team. How is it to defend my self since I am unemployed and as civilian? Do I have rights on this? What should I do? I know that employer rights is to claim it but I know that this is their fault outside our contract. Please help me. Thank you.
