Hi po..What if po gnito yun scenario (Filipino Citizen)..Rights lang din po yung nabili namin and it is awarded sa other name. Lumalabas po na second owner ako in verbal and wala po akong pinanghahawakan na papers till now. Pero accdg sa HOA nakalagay na ang name ko sa masterlist. What proper documents do I have to ask them para me panghawakan po ako. And I already build a house there.

I really need an advise po with this..thank you po.. Smile

Compel the seller to execute a deed and state therein na binili mo yung rights sa lupa, and have it notarized para may mahawakan ka na katibayan.

I bought a Lot na Rights lang and wala ako papers to prove na binili ko yun..:(
