RELIEVED FROM MY POST WITHOUT INVESTIGATION

sir/ma'am,

i was relieved from my post by the oic of our agency without any justifiable reason. he received a letter complaint wherein the sender accused me of things which i never. on the day the complaint letter was hand carried by the complainant to our oic, he(oic) immediately ordered my immediate supervisor and another officer to remove me from my post without first informing me of the complaint and without conducting any sort of investigation to verify the veracity of the complaint. one of the officers he ordered to remove me, out of pity for me,conducted an investigation on the matter. two days after i was removed from my post the complainant with a companion went to our office and proper investigation was conducted(through the initiative of the officer i mentioned earlier).to cut the story short the complainant withdrew her complaint and submitted a retraction letter which was forwarded to our oic. sadly our oic ignored her retraction letter. can i file a case against our oic? and also can i use VAWC against him considering that i suffered serious humiliation and ridicule out of his bias and unfair decision? hank you very much,i would really appreciate your help
