8years na po na hindi nkakabyad ang mama ko sa monthly amortization ng bahay po namen dahil wla po tlga kame makuha na pambayad pagkatapos kameng iwan ng papa ko ngyon po nagpadala ng sulat ang isang lawfirm at sinasabing kpag hindi kame nakapagbigay ng 200 thousand kukunin daw po nila ang bahay at gamit namen...hindi po ba sila pwedeng mapakiusapan na yung dating sinisingil nila samen na 35 thousand ang bayaran po namen para maopen po ulit ang monthly amortization ng bahay namen?masyado po malake ang 200 thousand wla na po ba talga kameng karapatan?plz po sana matulungan nyo ako
