I heard one of our neighbor uttered to another neighbor that ... tatagpasin ang ulo ng father ko. Can this be filed as grave threat? Can I file directly at prosecutors office or is a barangay or police blotter a requirement?
Also, on the same occassion he maligned the reputation of my father by saying that where we previously live my father was charged with land grabbing for which thre is no truth to this as the real reason why we left the said place was due to the expiry of the rental of the place and the closure of my uncle's business. I have my cousins who were with us then to prove this. What case can I file? is it Libel? oral defamation or unjust vexation. I am no lawyer please help.... thank s
