Arresto Menor

Good day Sir/Mam! I want to seek consultation regarding properties. I am young professional and have few Properties 1 house and lot and 2 lots under my name. My future husband and I haven't talk about pre-nuptial agreement. By the way he is Sikh and I am Christian.
My question is
1. If I transferred these properties to the sole ownership of my parents before marriage then this will not considered as conjugal property?
2. If after 10 years of marriage my parents decide to give the property back to me as my inheritance using my married name, will it be considered conjugal property?
3. Does my future husband and I, though marriage will perform abroad ,still have rights for conjugal properties like declared properties that we will buy aftr marriage in Philippines and India?
Follow up question what if there are some undeclared properties bought during marriage years under wifes name only then this was learned during divorce can the husband sue the wife?

Thank you very much of your time.
