Ganito po ang Situation. May brother po ako na lalaki. Married po cya at nasa abroad. Nung nasa abroad siya nahuli namin ang Misis niya na may kalaguyo. Nung nalaman ng brother ko, both went their separate ways na po, pero legally married pa rin sila. No Legal proceedings were filed for annulment or anything .
After several years, the wife got pregnant by another Man.
Ang question ko po since married pa sila. Will the baby be carrying my brothers last name? Or Can they use the last name of the Man who impregnated the wife?
