Arresto Menor

Hi. Atty., last dec. kausap ko ang agent from collection agancy (eastwest) ang balance ko daw is 70k then this jan. ang binigay na nila balance ko 100k. what should i do? Sabi "This may affect your NBI Profile as your name maybe tagged with "Pending Case" is this true? thanks
