ask ko po.. na-declared ng null & void ang kasal almost 3 years na pero hindi kasama sa petition ang hatian ng conjugal property. ayaw naman makipag-cooperate ng ex husband. ano po ang dapat gawin para makuha ang share? puede pa ba i-apela ang decision na 3 years ago pa?

Depending on when you got married (which will determine kung conjugal partnership or absolute community), hahatiin yung properties ninyo in half. Hindi mo na kailangan mag-apela para diyan.

thank you po sa reply.

ikinasal po ng 1994, na declared null & void nung 2011. ask ko po na kung puedeng i-apela yung decision sa nullity case (psychological incapacity). baka po kasi mag-apela yung kabila pag nalaman nya na kailangan hatiin yung properties.

Hindi na po pwedeng iapela yun kasi 4 years ago na yun.

At natural consequence talaga yung paghahati ng properties after ma-grant yung annulment
