hi good day, nag pakasal po ako a year and half ago pero hindi nag work out yung relasyon naming mag asawa my anak po kami at hindi na po nag uusap nang asawa ko. tina try po niyang maki pag balikan sa akin pero ako ayaw ko na. ngayon naman po ang pamilya niya ai sumasali na sa aming dalwaa gusto nila akong kasohan. i know my resposibledad po ako sa aking anak pero ang pumipigil lang sa akin ang makita siya.
ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin?

Ok, thanks for that information.

Under the law, you (as a parent) have the obligation to provide support for your child. Support covers living, educational and medical expenses.

Kung ayaw mo makita ang asawa mo, pwede ka naman magbigay ng financial support sa pamamagitan ng bank deposit or any other mode of sending payments. Basta siguraduhin mo lang na itago yung mga proofs mo ng pagpapadala ng pera as financial support sa anak ninyo para maprotektahan mo ang sarili mo kapag kinasuhan ka nila sa pag hindi pagbibigay ng suporta.
