Arresto Menor

I'm seeking for legal advice.Please help, my husband is an australian national, before we got married he was divorced by a filipina too, he was accused by his ex-wife of RA 9262 (not supporting thier kid & the wife itself) but it's all lie bec. until now he still supporting them, not even counting their all assessts still in his ex-wife. My question is can he leave the country without fear of being send him back here in Phil to face the trial bec. his visa will expire soon. Please help.

to find out, he should inquire at the bureau of immigration if he is on the derogatory list.

where is the case now? in court or just at the prosecutor's office?

Thanks atty. the case is still in prosecutor's office. we already check the BI but he don't have any derogatory record. what will happen if the case will go in court, does it mean he can't leave the country? I afraid for his or our safety if he will not leave bec. his ex-wife threaten us about her capabilities (Diff. connections)..

if the case goes to court,then a warrant of arrest will be issued. he should file bail. i cannot advise him to escape by fleeing outside the jurisdiction of the philippines.
