Arresto Menor

need help bec bank is after me regarding a salary loan that i had to make bec a friend cannot apply yet

he has stopped paying and now the loan totals P500K++ with interest. capital was only P70K

endorsed me to collection agency now and am worried i will get in jail

pls advise what to do

i never received the collection letter they sent me. my dad just read the letter when i called them. i do not stay in the address the bank has in record anymore
