my friend was employed without a contract in a pantry located in a building in eastwood. he stayed there for 8 months and was only paid 400 pesos for 12 hours of work. As per my friend he was abised emotionally and physically by his employer. Many times he was pat on the neck or pinch on his belly. Was also shouted and humilated in front of customers. When on duty during holidays or weekends they are only paid half (200 pesos) but still on duty for 12 hours without OT pay because her emplyer said that there's not much to do during weekends less number of customers so less amoung of work loads thats why they will be paid less. some of his co employees were terminated because of not going to work last dec 31. Need you legal advise if he can file a case against his employer. Thank you
