Please help me with my dilemma about unpaid tuition fee.

I received a letter from telan law office last Oct. 2014 regarding my unpaid tuition fee sa southeast asian college form. united doctors medical college UDMC. since 2005 pa po ako nag stop mag aral due to financial problems. ung first letter sabi kelangan kong bayaran ung utang ko sa school na 9,000+ (inlusive of attorney's fee and interest) withing five days kung hindi mag ffile sila ng case against me. single mom po ako and walang wala din po kame ng anak ko so hindi ko po siya nabayaran. i feel helpless. then just now jan 2015 naka receive po ulit ako ng letter with the same law firm na kelangan ko ng bayaran within 3 days or else tutuluyan na nila kong samapahan ng kaso. wala po talaga akong ipambabayad sa kanila. ano po ang kelangan kong gawin and ano ang pwedeng mangyari sakin? hindi ko masabi sa parents ko dahil malaki din ang problema nila sa pera.
