Hello po ask ko lang po if wala po problem yung kasal namin ng asawa ko.dati po kinsal sya nung 1997 dito sa pilipinas pero US CITIZEN na sya,then petition nya asawa nya.then 2011 ngdivorce sila sa US.then ngpakasal kami last yr2014.hindi sila annuled dito pero divorce sila.interview ko na po this january.need ko kumuha ng CEMAR/CENOMAR. If nakahuha me nun lalabas ba sa CEMAR/CENONAR ko nakasal na ako s kanya?bka lang kc mgkroon ng prob kc dati kasa sya dito.

Well kung US citizen na sya before the marriage, his divorcé in the US will work equally fine in the Philippines but he should have forwarded it to the Philippines for recognition for his ex. I doubt you will have a problem, even his name appeals to be married to 2 women on his CENOMAR, if he can show them the divorce papers it should be fine.
But your name appearing on his CENOMAR or vice versa may take a while, end of 2014? It may not appear yet! depends where you got married and if they forwarded it to NSO straight away!

Meron na po kaming marriage certificate na galing NSO and yung kinasal po kami nung march dala naman po nya yung divorce papers nya.need ko po kc ng cemar para sa interview ko sa jan 13.yun lang po worried lang me kc baka mgkaprob sa cemar.

If that's the case you already got it from NSO, they will have it on their records.
