im going to give birth,, whose surname to follow?

hi po.... anu po bang dapat kong gawin? im pregnant to my bf.going to give birth this comming january...he is married pero d na po sila nagsasam ng real wife.matagal na po.. mag ka live in po kami.. now he is leaving the country already for work... in short manganganak po ako na d ko saya kasama...


pero mg name napo kami sa baby namin.. gusto din po nya isunod sa kanya apelido.. the question is panu po nya ma acknowledge
yung birth cert.. he is not around.pwede po ba yun isunod ko apelido nya pero walang signature nya. or gamitin ko po muna surname ko.. then pag andyan na po sya tska nalang po namin paayos at ppalita sa alepido nya..

ano po ba tamng gawin???
