I could not render the 60 days because I'll be starting on a new company after the 30 day notice. On the other hand, the contract that I have is a letter of appointment during my probationary period. Its my 9th month on the job and no formal regularization yet. Would there be any conflicts on my 30-day notice? Thank you.
