Sorry to disturb you all, I'm asking for a favour and advice for the issue I'm having. In regards to conflict of interest with the house property of my Parents. My Father , Me , my Second sister and the youngest brother (we are four) are planning to sell the house but I have a third sister that has his whole , as in whole family up to the 3rd generation practically staying , occupying and claiming that its theirs. What are the procedures and what will be the problem and solution we can gather so that we can sell the house to build another house in our province for my Father and sister. Kindly help. Thank you
