Pag-ibig housing loan

Good day attorneys!

We have a housing loan long time ago that was made "free" to us because the bank that holds the loan have closed. Now, we are being haunted by the Pag-ibig housing loan that tells us that we have a remaining balance. BUT, the issue here is that the registered name on their alleged loan holder DOESNT match my father's name. The middle name is DELA CRUZ, but my father's name is DELA ROSA (NSO, Passport, etc.).

Please give me advice because the location of the property loaned matches our house location. Will the (loaned) property location prevail even if the name is wrong?

Have the documents and records properly verified with the office of the pag-ibig sir/ma'am. It may have been a typographical error only as most contracts don't usually indicate the full middle name of the parties, they only place the middle initial..
