gud day,,ask ko lng po naisanla po kc ang tituli ng bahy at lupa nmin s isag kamaganak,, yung orignl copy ng title nmin naibigy po nila sa nagpahiram ng pera, ang tanging katunyan po n pinirmahan ng magulang ko sknila ay isang papel n ngppatunay n may utang sila sa mga ito.. ang tanong ko po.. maari po ba nila mailipat ang pangalan ng titulo s knila kung ggmitin nila ang ang ksulatan ma iyon

Hi, hindi po nila mapapalipat yun sa pangalan nila kasi hihingian po sila ng deed of absolute sale ng Registry of Deeds. Unless i-falsify nila yung signature pero baka hindi naman.
