Pls. I really need some legal advice. I acquired a property direct from a seller which is his business is to develop a certain house then sell it. I saw the property then tlgang npkaganda nman po. 180sq m. Bungalow type worth 5.2M. Im still paying until now for the 20% dp. Yung house po ksi before we acquire ang sabi nila sa min n steel trusses ung roof. Kasi gawa n po ung house. We didnt check if tlgang steel truss. Kasi tiwala kmi dhil sa gnung halaga for sure steel trusses po un. Modern ung design ng house and ok po ka deal ung seller. Kso po we found yesterday nung pinapa2lagyan ko ng insulation ung kisame dhil mainit, coco lumber lng pla 2x2 ung nilagay nila & lumang materials. Mga alambre lng ung nkasuspend & ang gulo2 ng wirings.
The problem is yung kausap nmin n seller na nagsabi n steel truss was passed away already nito lang pong sept, 2014. All wer left to her wife, kso di po alam if totoo ung cnasabi nmin.
i told her, do u think pa2yag akong bilhin tong house if di nyo kin ginaeantyahan n good materials & steel trusses un roof?? Pero even the agent denied n may sinabi daw po ung may ari.
may habol p po b kmi? Puede ko b i-withdraw ung downpayment ko? 6 minths n po kmi nkatira sa house & warranty po sa min is 1yr. Kso nung ni-review q ung contract walang nka indicate if ano materials gnamit nila.
