Study Techniques/Methods

Good afternoon.

I'm a freshman. Would like to ask for inputs/comments on what are the best study techniques/methods to be used during law school. Or what are the standard practices of law schools with regards to the conduct of studying law, eg. memorization of codals verbatim, case digests, etc..

Your inputs will always be appreciated by those who need you so much.

It really depends sa prof kasi may prof na case base while iba is codal base

wag kang matakot. kung malupit yung prof wag mo iwasan. foundation and proper study habbits parin pinaka importante. hanapin mo yung decision ni Justice Zaldivar on how a student should be. administrative case yata yun, nasa SCRA. 1972 something.

The success of a candidate in the bar examinations depends on many varied factors, among which may be mentioned one’s diligence in his studies in the basic courses and in the review, his physical and emotional conditions while answering questions during the examinations the way he organizes and expresses his ideas in answering the examination questions, the type or nature of the examination questions, his penmanship, etc. But normally, a bar candidate who was diligent in his studies of the basic course and in the review course, and, therefore, well prepared, has more chances of obtaining a high grade than one who is not so well prepared.
