Good day Atty. I had signed on as co-maker for a personal loan for a colleague a few years ago. Now that former colleague cannot be located by the lending company for payment of her debt. Said lending company is now going after me. They have gone to the extent of threatening me over the phone and going to my home saying they will take possession of whatever they can take. By the way, they claim the loan has reached 150k from the original loan of 50k.
