I should have addressed it to Atty LLL-Can someone be tried in absentia for a case of Estafa if he cannot be found in his old address?

trial in absentia can only happen when the accused has entered his plea during arraignment. but the warrant of arrest will subsist until the accused is arrested or voluntarily appears in court.
