Good evening,
I have been a year working in a private school. Because of some changes in management naun lang po narelease yung new contract namin, but I found it biased and pro-admin only.
These are the things which I found unlawful:
1. Seminars, meetings and trainings without pay.
2. We should follow all the existing and UPCOMING company policies.
3. We should pay 10000php if we decided to resign without finishing the contract.
4. All faculty are obliged to attend the morning meeting. Late comers will be penalized P20 per minute (a total of P600 if you werent able to attend the 30-minute meeting).
5. The P600 penalty shall also be applied to absences as penalty for not attending the said meeting. (So if we're absent we will be deducted P600 + our daily rate regardless of the reason for absence)
I need this job , but I also need legal advice for this matter. Thank you and God bless.
