Good Morning po sa inyo..

Me tanong ako regarding sa property namin sa cebu. Nakabili kami ng property along the road pero 3 meters from the roadside belongs to the city government kasi me balak gawan ng road widening. Then me verbal agreement yung mother ko at ng seller na ibibigay niya libre yung front ng property na covered ng widening while di pa nag-umpisa yung project. So inatras namin yung boundary ng bahay namin according sa distance ng kakainin ng supposed road widening.
Then our problems started ng me bumili sa bakante lote na katabi at sa likuran part ng property namin para gawing factory. Gusto sana ng may-ari na bilhin yung house and lot namin at di kami pumayag. Pero ang ginawa ng may-ari, kinausap niya yung original seller ng property namin at binili niya yung buong harapan ng property namin at nag allocate lang siya ng 2 meters na right of way, tapos ngayon pinatayuan niya ng parking space ang harapan namin. Yung original seller pala siya rin ang may-ari dati ng property namin at ng factory lot.
Ito po yung katanongan ko:

1.Tama po ba ang ginawa ng may-ari ng factory at yung original seller ng property namin na ibenta yung frontage ng property namin sa factory kahit me verbal agreement sila ng mother ko na kami ang mag-oowon muna ng harapan?
2. at pwede ba bilhin yung harapan namin ng iba kahit nakatalaga na sa city government ang part ng lot na yun para sa road widening project.
3. di ko pa kasi na-inquire kung talagang nabili nga nila yung harapan namin sa register of deeds kasi akala namin nagbibiro lang yung factory para mapilitan kaming ibenta sa kanila yung house and lot namin.
4. ano po gagawin namin para magstand ng ground yung verbal agreement ng mother (buyer) at ng original seller.
