Arresto Menor

Good day attorney i want to seek your help regarding my husband and cousin. Nag iinuman kasi sila then all of a sudden my cousin started cursing my husband and telling him ill words. Nagdilim po paningin ng asawa ko naibato nya yung baso sa mukha ng pinsan ko. Ngayon po na damage mukha nya. Tanong ko lang po anu magiging kaso ng asawa ko? 15 years old lang po kasi yung pinsan ko. Kami naman po yung sumagot ng gastos nya nung tinahi yung mukha nya. Attorney pls help us. Thank you.
