Good morning po.. hnd q po alm ang dapat kong gawin,, namatay po ang nanay q last May 21, nun nabubuhay p sya on going po ang bentahan ng lupa na minana ng asawa nya [stepfather] q po, nagkabayaran po nito lang August, may utang po naiwanan c Mama sa buyer na
145,000. . 920,700 po ang total amt ng pagbli ng lupa, do I have any rights, to ask my stepfather to give me a share? sb nya po kasi wala dw po aq karapatan, dhl mana nya dw un, but as far as i knw they dont have any agreement before their marriage, they got married, Sept. 29, 1993. .

Kung ang yaman ay galing sa Mother mo mas may karapatan ka kesa sa kanya kung walang WILL na iniwan ang mother mo! manood ka kaya ng "Sana bukas pa ang kahapon" mas may rights ang anak kesa sa mga step-mother or father. Kumuha ka na ng lawyer bago pa waldasin ng step-father mo ang para sa iyo! Sad

Kung father mo pa sya pwede dadaan muna sa kanya ang inheritance kaso step-father mo lang sya! At kung ang yaman eh galing sa parents mo mas may karapatan ka kesa sa kanya!

SORRY! Wala ka ngang karapatan kahit kasal pa sila ng mother mo hindi ka nya anak! Kung sana nauna syang mamatay hindi ang mother mo pwede pa mabaliktad ang sitwasyon. Kaso sa kanya pala talaga yun at minana nya sa parents nya kaya, wala ka talagang habol dahil naputol na ang ugnayan nyo ng mamatay ang asawa nya na moter mo, hindi ka nya kadugo. SORRY! Sad

No! because he is not your real father and he inherited it from his parents, not your mother's parents.

Look! whatever you do, the law is pretty obvious if your mother care that much for you, she should have made a 'WILL' without this wala kang habol dahil kahit na conjugal property pa sila ng husband nya, kung hindi ka naman tunay na anak at ang kayamanan nya ay minana pa nya sa parents nya at hindi sa parents ng mother mo, its his not your mother's unless she left a will for you indicating you are inheriting her shares with her husband's conjugals then it's another thing. But if she didn't do this, then you have no claim because you are not their children.
