Ask lang po ako kung pwedecb kasuhan ng estafa ang taong nanghiram ng pera halagang 6000k sa nag-5-6 na tao kahit na la pinirmahan kasunduan?kasi verbal agreement lang po ang nangyari at sumang-ayon sya s lahat ng patakaran ng nagpapautang..pero lagi ang ibinibigay kulang kulang pa sa tubo napagkasunduan?ano po ba pwede ikaso?may maikakaso po ba sa taong yon?
