Arresto Menor

I want to file a estafa case against one of my employee - he was caught for fraud red handed. I want to gather a lot of evicence of various incidence of frauds he has commited. It will take me few months as I want to make an airtight case and indict him on several counts of fraud.

How many months of filing the case is consider too late? Basically what is the Statue of Limitations to file?
