I would like to inquire about our problem, our current lot was originally owned by my lolo's parents it was supposedly a "mana" for him and 3 siblings, but then my other lola (his younger sister) registered the lot under her name without the authority of her parents and other sibling. Now both of them are dead, my lola has an adopted child and having the interest to sell our lot, what is the best that we should do? does she have the right on the lot? what is the process of subdiving the lot? how much it will cause? thanks hoping for your response. thanks
