What will happen to a member of an AFP/Military if he is convicted for a reckless imprudence resulting to homicide by a regional trial court? Is there any laws from the Phil. Milirary(court martial) that will punish him? Is he considered, if ever, for a dismissal/removal from duty or as a member of a Phil. Military? Thanks
