My husband is working po sa company for 4 and half years, the company really do not practice labor rules, one time my husband texted his employer n di mkakapasok due to bad tootache, his employer hold his salary and nagtext n wag n siya pumasok, we texted his employer why, and asked n lng po to give the computed 13th month pay pero di nila binigay yung 13th month sa dec padaw at mahirap daw magcompute. We asked din po for separation pay. Pero di po sila nagbgay, nagfile po kami ng complaint sa nlrc, at nung nagharap na kung anoano po binibintang nila sa husband ko, and siniraan p siya sa ibang supplier
