I filed a labor case against my previous company. Nag hire ako ng private lawyer. I paid him 30,000 pesos for the acceptance fee and 5,000 pesos per document submission. I spent 75,000 pesos for the labor case. However I lost. My lawyer told me pwede namin ilaban sa court of appeal. However he's asking for another 30,000 pesos acceptance fee again. Kasi ibang entity daw ito. As per my understanding the 30,000 pesos acceptance fee I paid him before should cover the whole court proceeding. My question, do I need to pay my lawyer another 30,000 acceptance fee?
