gudam atty,ask ko lang po kung pwede ko ba kasuhan yung mother in law ko na nagto tolerate sa ginagawa ng husband ko..di na kc nagsusuporta sa anak ko,kinukunsinti pa na niya na sa pakikipag relasyon sa kabit...ano pwede ikaso atty makukulong po ba cya?thanks po

i'm afraid there is no law that defines those acts as a crime, but you can certainly file economic violence and concubinage against yor husband.

what you can explore is filing a case for damages against your mother in law. no imprisonment though.
