ask ko lang po if i can file case with my company before i was terminated po kasi i work on a call center po. what happen po kasi we were unaware sa ginagamit namin na process is fraud were using one tool po kasi to help our customer to renew there acount then suddenly po client have seen that i.p adress came from the php then nagkaron na po ng issue sa company they track all agents na nag use ng tool na yun.
july 7, 2014 po nabigyan po ako ng NTE for violating our company coc na recive ko po yung memo na yun july 10,2014 nag gawa po ako kagad ng incedent report po at same day after wards po july 17, 2014 i pass a letter of resignatio that is irrevocable since may serious family problem po ako it was disaproved by my team leads and my operation manager so i decided to use may leave credits since i am a regular employee nag call in po ako sa workforce namin all my leave credits was aprroved then nag txt mo team leads ko sakin na need ko pumasok sa work ko july 31,2014 po pag pasok ko serve po nila sakin yung termination papaer ko dated july 21, 2014 and all my leave credit even workforce aprroved it it was dis approved i did not sign my termination paper since tingin ko po walang due process.
plus they given me a schedule on sunday 1am to 10am then 8am to 5am double shift i think un fair labor practice din po iyon.and they tell me i aproved lang po nila leave credits ko pag nag provided ako ng legal documents i have mentioned already to them na may serious family problem po ako.
and since i have apply to a different bpo center yung teamlead ko po sa dati ko na company nalaman niya na lumipat nako sa ibang center after na hindi ko po pirmahan termination papaers ko andun po pala nag ta trabaho yung bf niya and ngayon po pinagkakalat ng bf niya na i was terminated by my teamlead sa company ko po dati.
