Hi Atty! Im Kier Cercaña, 19 years old from San Pedro Laguna.
Gusto ko lang po sana mag tanong tungkol sa karapatan ko sa pera ng aking ama. Broken family po kami, kaya surname ng mama ko ang gamit ko. May batas po ba laban sa hindi na pag sustento sa akin ng ama ko?

ur at legal age already and if you are financially dependent to your father to finish your studies, go to court, file a civil case for financial support against your father.

Saan ka ba interesado? Parusahan ang Father mo or magbigay siya ng support? If you will file a petition for support, if granted, the court will order him to provide support for you. if you will file a criminal case like RA9262, maaring makulong ang Fahter depende sa hatol ng korte.
