Another inquiry po. Pwede po ba palitan ng employer ang job description mo? In our case kasi, we applied as acctg personnel. Ngaun nagbago ng management, gusto nya dagdagan ng committees which is secretarial work na, not in line with acctg works.

Nagbago rin ba sweldo? Mas madali ang secretarial work kesa sa Accounting. Kung inobliga kayo ng work ng higher position at the same salary pwede kayo mag complain pero Kung mas madali pero the same salary, what for? Pero Kung binabaan din ang sweldo dyan magreklamo ka kasi hired ka nya as an accountant so yung agreement nyong sweldo ang dapat nilang ibigay! Kasi ang mga work ngayon kailangan talaga flexible ka rin! Additional experience din sa iyo yan!

wala pong nabago sa sahod.  Sad  yung designation po acctg specialist, nadagdagan lang po ng workload (Acctg at Secretarial works na).

Talk to HR and then negotiate.
