Timesheet I worked from june 16-30 and that is 11 working days but in my payslip I only got paid for 10 days. I talked to our hr and finance and they said every cut-off its 10 working days or 2weeks. So were did the 11th day pay went. Did I just work for free and not be paid? Is that even legal for them not to pay us when they gave a schedule that we needed to report that day? They even told us that we cannot dispute it. So we are really worried because for july because we counted the days that we need report and that is 23 days but they are saying that we will only be paid for 20 working days in a month. Then I said if that's the case they need to give us a schedule wherein we will only report for 20 working days not 23 if we will not be paid. But their answer is if we will only report for 20 days and not 23 they will deduct 3 days from our monthly pay. So I desperately need advice if I could o to DOLE and file a report coz that's just unfair. We are working and adhering to what they gave as our schedule but we are not being paid.
