The change of interest contemplated by law is an absolute transfer of the insured’s entire interest in the property insured to one not previously interested or insured. In the following cases, the policy is not suspended:
1. Execution of a mortgage
2. Lease of the insured property
3. Judgment debtor whose property has been sold on execution (right to redeem)
4. Mortgagor whose property has been foreclosed (right of redemption)
5. Vendor who has a lien on the property sold until the purchase price is paid or the conditions of the sale are performed
