Unpaid smart and globe bills can cause hit in inbi clearance

Hi Atty.

Magandang araw po.. Yesterday po kumuha ako ng nbi kaya lang di ko po nakuha agad kase lumabas sa record nila"hit". then pinapablik po ako sa July 03 sa releasing. Ang alam ko po kahit before matagl marelease nbi ko kase marami akong namesake but im worried po na ang maging reason ng hit ko eh yung di ko na settle na broadband sa smart at postpaid plan sa globe kase po nawala yung phone. Then ive received a text message na possible legal action and blacklisted sa financial institutions but wala naman po akong narereceive na demand letter. Please need you advice po natatakot po kase ako at nagwowory.
