good day po. gusto ko po sana humingi ng legal advice. My father died last August 28 2010. Then kalagitnaan na po ng taong 2011 nag start yung pension namin ng aking ina at kapatid. wala pang one year kami nakakatanggap ng pension bigla na lang nag stop without notice coming from the SSS. Nung pinuntahan namin para i-verify , ang sabi may nag report daw sa Makati Gil Puyat SSS Branch na nag asawa na daw po ulit ang aking Ina. Kung sakali po ba na mapatunayan na meron na pong bagong kinakasama ang aking ina, pati po ba ang pension naming mag kapatid na wala pang 21y/o ay matitigil din? Ano po ba ang dapat naming gawin para maibalik ang aming pension ? Thank you in advance
