Arresto Menor

I want to cleared out in this matter that i really don't understand their being so awful to me as staff since i have no "bad attitude" towards to them.

Lately Memo issued against me regarding on our discrepancies towards work

but this lapses is not my direct mistakes, our HR do not directly ask my explanation he ask other person then before i explain my part i already judged
i tried my best to explain but in the end they are always misjudged
when we have mistakes we penalized, i accept that since it's our mistakes but insisting the mistake of others is unacceptable

when i explain my part our Vice President always block me and shouts me with insulting words like no common sense she's not saying the name but the issue there was me i decided not to talk about it

then another memo came same issue again along with notice of termination

This morning we used to time in on provided log sheet of our HR table i just do not the greet our HR since he was speaking to other person and he says when i turned around "ANG BASTOS TALAGA NG BABAENG ITO KUNG BASTOS SYA MAS BASTOS AKO"
i can't believe it came on his mount my tears just fell and some office mate know whom person i am
i don't know where did he get the fact na BASTOS ako unrespectful
since i don't talk to them much everytime our HR he was saying that "anino lang ako with somebody else" or "hugas kamay terms"
or when i on leave he was saying to others that "di nyo ba kilala si jem ganyan sya pag napagalitan di pumapasok tapos magreresign"
i don't know where did he get the idea since i admit i resign but they extend me until they talk to me that i need to stay
by second time i had to resign since they are being so unfair he was saying magreresign ako kasi napagalitan ako
No it's not about it
oh i think i cant stand them please help need your advise

and is it okay to email my resignation
it was 15 days as per our policy
but is it ok to change to irrevocable
can i get my 13th month pay in case i leave my position
i was working for 6 years do i am able for a separation pay

1. Yes, but you need proof they receive and approve it - so it might not be OK.
2. You need to comply with the 15 days... unless...
3. You have to explain why you will file for irrevocable (immediate) resignation, subject to the allowed 4 conditions in the labor code.
4. You are entitled to any payment/salary due you, including pro-rated 13th month pay
5. Separation pay is only available if your contract allows it.
