I was wondering if you can help me with my concern. Ive been a in this company for 10 years already, ive been promoted from the lowest rank to a top supervisory level. Now my question is, they placed a new system and hired new and fresh people in my group.
There will be a re-organization and "leveling" thru this series of Examination.
My peers are asking too much questions. I said i dont know if its legal wise... im a sucker in company legalities or any labor code related questions..
Don't get me wrong, we are looking for the worst case scenario here, what if we failed in the series of examination (but still have delivered projects and deadlines on time). Do they have the right to demote (title wise.. eg. say back 1 rank?) Do they have to adjust my compensation and benefits??
