Hindi ko po maintindihan ang sistema ng college institution na pinapasukan ko. Kapag po walang permit ang bata, hindi po sila makakapag take ng exam. If in case prelim or midterm po ang hindi nila nakuha, sa pre finals pa po sila i-aallow to take the exam. Bawat subject po ay may late fee na 50Php. Legal po b un? private institution po ito. Hindi na rn sila nag-aaccept ng promisory note pag medyo malaki na tlga ang utang ng bata...tama po b un? thanks.

Yup tama po yun, that is in accordance with the constitutional right of academic freedom ng school. It is different if government school yan, like state colleges, wherein, bawal po pag ganun yung terms and conditions.

Yes, it is legal since it is a private academic institution. Bawal if public or government school. There are other institutions naman na nagpapa-exam with unsettled accounts pero di nire-release ang grades.
