Contractual Contract Question

Within a period of one year after the end of his/her employment with the COMPANY, the CONTRACTUAL shall not have any dealing with CLIENT retained companies or its affliates including third party, the client of the company, where he/she was assigned, either as an employee, consultant, office member etc........

Yung agency wala pong binigay any trainings, seminar etc..

What do you think guys? Kasi diba kapag ganito ang sitwasyon the CLIENT will buy you from AGENCY. Pero ayaw sana ni client na ganun para syempre less sa gastos nila.
