An agent from my team closed an existing sale.
The customer provided a new phone no. para maapprove ung transaction.
The operations manager said that it was fraud and wanted to terminate my agent. Though there was no written policy against the said procedure. Since agent ko un sabi ko if they will terminate the agent ako na lang kasi it was my responsibility. Knowing na hindi un naman talaga grounds for termination. I was hoping for an administrative hearing. But there was none, instead they gave me a memo "Final Written warning." I signed the said memo para lang matapos na and also as a punishment I was asked to take calls for 2 days (May 15-16, 2014).
May 19, 2014 -Monday
Our Operations Manager sent me an SMS saying na Floating daw muna ako since under investigation daw ung "fraud" case. I replied to the manager asking for some documents to sign. I went to the office Mondaay evening, pagdating ko I was served with a dismissal memo instead. Hindi ko pinirmahan since wala namang grounds for dismissal.
Legal po ba ung flinoating status ako?
Ano pong gagawin ko?
