Greetings! My nephew was rejected in school because he has ADHD. All I know they cannot do that. He is only 8 years old and he is eager to study in school. Do we need to report them? What can we do? Thanks!

Theres nothing you can do because the school is entitled to their academic freedom, which includes among others, the right to choose who will be admitted to study in their institution.
